CLINICAL STAFF

Ted, CDCA, is a member of the clinical staff at ASAP, where his own journey in recovery began. After completing programming at ASAP in 2019, he remained actively involved through the continuing care program and by bringing in 12-step meetings for five years before deciding to become a counselor himself.

Having been through the program, Ted uses his personal story to connect with adolescents and demonstrate that recovery at a young age isn’t just possible—it’s vital to building a joyful and meaningful life. His approach blends personal experience, humor, and open dialogue to create a space where clients feel comfortable and empowered in their recovery journey. Watching others recover is the joy of his work.

Outside the office, Ted enjoys watching his either beloved or resented Bengals, Reds, and Xavier Musketeers, attending 12-step meetings, and unwinding with video games.
