Sean Hyland, CADC (KY), CDCA (OH), is an experienced SUD counselor with nearly 10 years of dedicated experience in behavioral health, family advocacy, and addiction services. Dual-certified in Kentucky and Ohio, Sean has experience in intake assessments, clinical documentation, case management, and client care utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Prior to his work in outpatient addiction treatment, Sean served six years with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a Social Services Worker and START (Sobriety, Treatment, And Recovery Team) worker, delivering specialized intervention and support for families impacted by substance use disorders. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Journalism from Northern Kentucky University. Currently pursuing his Master of Social Work (MSW), Sean blends a strong foundation in social services with clinical expertise to empower clients and families on their journey toward sustainable recovery.
