CLINICAL STAFF

Molly O’Hearn holds a Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant license in the state of Ohio. In addition to her work with ASAP, Molly has work experience in outpatient mental health facilities, elementary schools working with special needs children, and in group homes working with special needs adults.

Molly went through the ASAP program when she was a teen, and believes that the unconditional support from the staff, being able to connect with peers her age having similar experiences, and the many seeds planted in ASAP’S intensive program is one of the main reasons she was able to be sober at such a young age.

Molly is now a person in recovery. Her lived experiences with addiction as a teen and young adult have given her deeper insight and empathy on how to be of assistance to others going through similar experiences. She specifically has a deep passion for being of service to adolescents.

Molly is grateful for everything she has experienced when it comes to addiction because she can see the gift it has given her, and she is now able to give back at the same place that has given her so much support.

Molly’s unique approach for working with teens includes her personal experiences, humor, trust, honesty, and integrity. She strives to make every teen feel seen, heard, and respected. She believes in empowering every teen that enters the room and strives to be a guide for them to be able to see their own self worth and strength.

Molly is so grateful to be a part of the ASAP team.
